Edward R. Molter Sr.

Edward R. Molter Sr., 69, of Anna, died Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022, at the Union County Hospital in Anna. 

He was born on Feb. 3, 1953, in Chicago, the son of Norman William and Shirley Ann Hassler Molter.

Mr. Molter is survived by his son, Zeb Molter of Anna; daughter Jessica (Steven) Isom of McAllen, Texas; six grandchildren, Daphne Molter, Blake Isom, Tessa (Devin) Trammel, William Molter, Jonathan Molter and Mackenzie Molter; two great-grandchildren, Adalynn and Aubrey Trammel; a brother, Charles (Patricia) Molter of Chicago; dear friend Bobby Mathis; other relatives and friends. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Norman William Molter; his mother, Shirley Ann Wright; and a brother, Michael Molter.

Mr. Molter worked for 35 years as an over the road truck driver until his retirement. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his son and spending time with his family.
