Debra Jane Knupp

Debra Jane Knupp, 66, of Tamms, died at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 22, 2020, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born on Dec. 11, 1953, in Cape Girardeau, the daughter of Clifford and Lilly Dickerson Betts.

She was a graduate of the Egyptian High School Class of 1971. She was a member of the Elco Baptist Church. She had worked at JC Penney.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by an infant daughter, Megan Knupp.

Survivors include her husband, Roger Knupp of Tamms; sons Anthony Knupp of Ullin and Allan Knupp of Tamms; a brother, the Rev. Lacie (Mary) Betts of Tamms; a sister, Linda (Ken) Lingle of Jonesboro; grandchildren Tyler, Alex, MaKenzie, Alesha and Alayna Knupp; other relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 27, at Jones Funeral Home in Tamms, with the Rev. Larry Buckles officiating. Inurnment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery near Dongola.
