David Wayne Eubanks

David Wayne Eubanks, 61, of Anna, died Friday, Sept. 11, 2020, at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Ind. 

He was born on April 21, 1959, the son of Frank Otto and Delorse Elizabeth Davis Eubanks.

He is survived by his sisters, Cricket “Sue” (Juan) Velasques of Jonesboro, Debbie (Alby) Cormack of Warsaw, Mo., Tiny Diaz of Percy and Crystal Cotzjay of Murphysboro; his brothers, Frankie (Dawn) Martin of Pocahontas, Mo., Bill Eubanks of Cobden and Shawn Eubanks of Cobden; a  sister-in-law, Sue Eubanks of Des Moines, Iowa; many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters Sally Jo Eubanks and Darlene Tipton; a brother, Raymand Eubanks; and a niece, Kimberly Eastin.

Mr. Eubanks worked as a laborer and loved spending time with family and friends.

Graveside services for David Eubanks will be held at Busby Cemetery in Goreville at a later date.
