Charles W. Hook, 87, of Anna, died at 8:03 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
An inurnment service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 15, at Pleasant Grove Memorial Park Mausoleum, with the Rev. Glen Patterson officiating. Friends are asked to gather at the mausoleum after noon.
