My sister, Carolyn Foltz, passed away on Nov. 17, 2022, in Marion.
She was the daughter of William H. Casey and Joyce M. Casey.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Foltz; brothers Bill J. Casey and Simon O. Casey; her children, Casey Feldt and Rachel Scogsdell; and seven wonderful grandchildren.
She was born on April 9, 1959, in Ventura, Calif. She was loved and will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
Two private memorial services will be held with family and friends in Dongola and one in Palmdale, Calif., Friday, Dec. 16, to honor the life so many of us will forever miss.
