Betty Fisher

Betty Fisher, 63, of Jonesboro, died at 2:20 p.m. Monday, Oct. 10, 2016, at her home.

She was born on Oct. 3, 1953, in Anna, the daughter of William Alfred and Lela Mae Watkins Hubbs.

She is survived by her brother, Wayne (Jackie) Hubbs of Jonesboro; nephews William (Amber) Hubbs and Blake (Jovan) Hubbs, all of Jonesboro; Johnny (Deidre) Brimm, who was like a son; three grandchildren; four great-nephews; one great-niece; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and by her long-time partner, Robert Werner.

She worked for many years for Ensign Bickford in Wolf Lake and was a hairdresser.

Services for Mrs. Fisher will be held privately for the family.
