Barbara Ann Ferrill (Wilson)

Barbara Ann Ferrill (Wilson) of Topeka, Kan., age 80, passed away on May 9, 2018, at Midland Hospice House of Topeka.  

She was born on Jan. 19, 1938, in Anna, the daughter of Everett and Helen Wilson and had two siblings: Trelby Wilson (deceased) and Connie Kessler (Wilson) of Tallahassee, Fla.

She graduated from Cobden High School (home of the Appleknockers) in 1956 and attended Southern Illinois University Carbondale.

She married William Ferrill of Cobden in 1960 and had two children.  They moved to Topeka, Kan., in 1975. 

She was a wonderful wife, mom, sister, aunt and grandma and will be forever remembered and greatly missed by her husband of 58 years, Bill Ferrill; son and spouse Brian and Char Ferrill; daughter and spouse, Carrie and Randy Boudeman; five grandchildren, Taylor and Rylie Ferrill, Summer Mizell, and Mitchell and  Trevor Boudeman; a sister, Connie Kessler; a sister-in-law and spouse, Jackie and Bill Blackman; nieces and nephews, LeAnn Garza (Kessler), Angela McLean (Berkheimer), Edward Berkheimer, Gretchen Mason (Berkheimer); as well as extended family, lifelong friends and the best neighbors.
