Trek N' Treat at Giant City State Park

Saturday, Oct. 27 from 2 to 4 p.m., Giant City State Park will be celebrating the holiday season early with a Trek N’ Treat Halloween celebration.

Participants can hike the Devil’s Standtable Trail and meet costumed creature characters along the way who will teach visitors fun facts about the various species that live in the Giant City forest.

The trail is roughly one-third of a mile and takes approximately 30 minutes to trek. Kids can bring a trick-or-treat bucket for treats handed out to hikers. The program is free and open to the public. For more information, call 218-457-4836.
