Pulaski County Fair underway this week

The 2016 Pulaski County Fair is underway in Pulaski. The fair was scheduled to start Aug. 14 and continues through Aug. 20.

Here’s a look at some of the highlights for fair week:

Monday, Aug. 15

Kids Fun Night includes the pig scramble, pedal tractor pull and more, starting at 7 p.m.

There will be no midway entertainment.

Tuesday, Aug. 16

The Junior Miss and Little Miss Pageant begins at 7 p.m. in the pavilion.

Wednesday, Aug. 17

IHFSPA and natural aspirated and stock tractor pulls begin at 7 p.m.

The Heartland Idol contest begins at 7 p.m. in the pavilion. This event is free.

Thursday, Aug. 18

ATV/UTV mud races begin at 7 p.m. The Theory will perform at 7 p.m. in the pavilion.

Friday, Aug. 19

Late model and compact demolition derby action begins at 7 p.m.

Saturday, Aug. 20

4x4 mud races start at 6:30 p.m.
