Harner crowned as Peach Fest queen

A new Cobden Peach Festival queen was crowned last Saturday night.

The 2017 queen is Janna Harner of Dongola. 

Coronation of a new queen was one of the many highlights of the annual Cobden Peach Festival.

Most of the Peach Festival activities were held at the Cobden Community Park in Cobden.

The festival was sponsored by the Cobden Lions Club, with the support of many in the community.

Janna Harner is the daughter of Scott and Janet Harner.

First runner-up in the queen pageant was Kaitlin McWhorter of Cobden. She is the daughter of Kim and Garon Adams.

Second runner-up was Grace Pitts of Cobden. She is the daughter of Kent and Nancy Pitts.

Jericha Carter of Anna was named Miss Congeniality. She is the daughter of Thomas and Amanda Carter.
