Century School District plans student registration

Century School District No. 100 in Ullin plans to have student registration  July 19 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

All students in kindergarten through 12th grade who will be attending Century in the fall are required to register at this time. 

All students, including kindergarten who preregistered in the spring, are required to bring proof of residency which includes one category 1 item (property tax document) and two category 2 items with 911 address on them (utility bills).   

New students and kindergarten students will need to bring a birth certificate (from the vital statistics office) and immunization record. 

New students, kindergarten, 6th grade and 9th grade students will need a health physical prior to the start of school. 

Students entering kindergarten, 2nd grade and 6th grade will need a dental exam prior to the start of school.  

Kindergarten students will need an eye exam completed by an optometrist prior to the start of school.  

Students who will participate in any sports will need a sports physical or current physical on file prior to the start of practice for their sport. All health forms are available in the office.
