Another phone scam hits Union County

The Union County Sheriff's Office recently received information from a local bank that customers are receiving calls from someone identifying themselves as an employee from that bank saying they have a problem with their account, and are seeking information.

The calls come up on caller ID as being from that banking establishment. 

People are cautioned to not give out their banking information and to use caution in this matter.
