Anna Arts Center plans to show ‘Chicken People’

The Anna Arts Center in Anna plans to present a free showing of “Chicken People” on Friday, Jan. 27.
“Chicken People” is a film which features Brian Caraker of Anna.
The screening is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Admission is free. A concession stand will be available. For more information, call 618-697-0009.
The film takes a look at the highly competitive world of champion show poultry breeders.
The movie follows the struggles and triumphs of Caraker, two other breeders and their chickens, which is highlighted by the Ohio National Poultry Show. The show is considered the “Westminster” for poultry.
