Noah Franklin, an 8th grader at Cobden Junior High School, recently won the SIJHSAA Class S state high jump championship.  Noah jumped 5’8” to win the title. He narrowly missed on his three attempts at 6’ to break the state record.  Noah becomes the first individual state champion at Cobden.
