He was born on Sept. 15, 1953, in Cairo.
Steve Powell, 58, of Mound City, died at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2021, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

Margie Palmer, 77, of McClure, and formerly of Doniphan, Mo., died at 6:28 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2021, at her daughter’s home.
Gerda “Ann” Willis, 87, went to be with the Lord at 12:13 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 7, 2021, at The Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau.
