(StatePoint) A record number of Americans are now enrolled in high deductible and consumer-driven health plans, giving patients more control and financial responsibility for their healthcare choices. But experts say there are lingering barriers preventing patients from reaping the benefits of this control.

Levee roads closed to public traffic due to flood waters

The Union County Sheriff's Office has released another press release in addition to yesterday's press release.

The press release stated:

Until further notice, all normal siren testing has been suspended. As a warning to the residents in the Wolf Lake and Ware area, in the event of a levee breach/flooding situation, the tornado sirens will be activated for a three minute period.

For quick evacuation, residents are urged to assemble "items of personal need" such as medications and all forms of personal identification.
